Our sale and discounts system over the summer period works as follows -
We try our best to give everyone the chance to get the work they want done to their property at the cheapest price, over the summer months between 1st of april to the 31st august we are able to reduce prices even furthur due to us being able to obtain building materials from suppliers cheaper and reduce the labour cost. We must stress that although there are hundreds of projects we can do with discount this does not apply to everthing as suppliers are unable to discount us so we are unable to discount you, but this doesn't mean that you won't make a saving as we are able to offer you 10% discount on labour costs as part of our british summer time sale. As we always try to offer you the best prices these will always be suject to the type of work you are having.
With the summer sale and discounts offer it doesn't mean that you have to have your work carried out in the summer time months but you will have to accept the quote and have your works booked in within the offer period which is between 1st april to the 31st august 2011. As long as this is done in the specified time you can choose at what time of the year you have your works done subject to the avalibility in the company diary.
We will always come out and re-pair any work that has gone wrong over time but it will be at our disgression as to who's fault it is and weather we should re-pair it free of charge under your guarantee, we will work closely with clients on this and come to the best agreement to sort the matter out. Before yourspace workmen leave your job there will be a form filled out called a SNAGGING FORM the snag form will be filled out with the client and the person co-ordinating the works at the end of the job, they will both give the completed work a full inspection stating any things that the client is not happy with on the form and then this will be all corrected and signed off both by the client and the works co-ordinater showing that the work was completed to their satisfaction and all snagging was complete. This will then be filed and kept untill you guarantee expires, this useualy helps in the matters of work having to be altered or re-done.
T&C'S FOR 10 YEAR GUARANTEE.
Terms and conditions for your 10 year guarantee are as follows, Yourspace will have the final say on weather works are faulty due to the company's workmanship or not, if it is the companys poor workmanship then the works will be corrected free of any charge for labour or materials this goes without saying, if the works are found to be no fault of the company the the most likely scenario will be that the client will have to pay.
If it is found that a client has tampered with their works to obtain a refund or made a problem worse to get a re-fit then there are a number of things yourspace could do, one being legal action, your guarantee being void and the company washing its hands of the job not correcting it and more than likely parting company with the client and not carrying out anymore works for them.
Yourspace offer a 10 year guaratee to customers as we are proud of what we do and always do a good job, we have a good management team who train opperatives to carry out works proffessionaly and correct you are free to contact us and air your veiws if you feel the works are not being done correctly. You should not abuse the 10 year guarantee as yourspace reserve the right to terminate any contract if we feel this is the case.
